Once you work out the set up bugs, this is a good little machine.
Great printer, easy to setup so glad we got it.
We've had this machine for over 2 years.
After speaking to a sales rep and discussing our needs and requirements I went with the 3615.
Xerox service for this model is absolutely terrible.Total disorganization on Xerox's end.
Fortunately I had purchased the protection plan so was able to recoup my cost.
The fix for crinkling that xerox provided was a new "envelope fuser".
Unacceptable for us, so never got to diagnosing and fixing the intermittent paper jams on envelope feeds.Best of luck to you if you go with it - for basic printing it's probably fine.
Replaced with a Brother printer (similar size, ended up less expensive) that is working great so far.
