What are fans saying?
Overall I love these devices and will continue to grow my network using them.
I use all the Ubiquiti Unifi products.
It's been reliable and was very easy to setup.
The price point is high, but it is a great device.I've now got the Unifi Switch managed by the Unifi CloudKey with a Unifi Security Gateway and Unifi AP Pro.
The device is plug and play, but to get the full use of the device you need to have a good understanding of networking.
What are haters saying?
Unsafe to use.
Others in the forums say it is a hardware issue that may or may not get fixed in a newer version of the hardware. If you never reboot, never use shielded cable, or don't use PoE at all, it might not affect you.
Ubiquiti tech support wasn't able to help much so I ended up returning it.
Some devices would just lose connectivity randomly.
Ubiquiti makes great stuff, however MegaRetailStore packaging of Ubiquiti items is horrible.
