The 3-in-1 Rolling Workshop consists of a large box on the bottom with wheels, the yellow lid to the bottom which contains the small parts organizer and the black tool box on top with the long handle.
The is a great tool box on wheels that has a comfortable large handle for pulling behind you.
A very nice portable tool box and it holds a lot of tools.
If you're looking for a toolbox like this then i would go with this one.
The quality is good, I keep a pouch with hand tools and a drill in the bottom compartment and drill bits, taps and dies and so on in the top.
It doesn't snap or secure in any way and the slightest jostle will dislodge it and dump its contents (which often includes water or various types of dirt) into the top box.
Second, if you don't use the organizer and you put the top box down on the ground to get something out of the bottom and then put it back, you're dumping all the dirt that stuck to the top box down into the bottom box when you replace it.
So this toolbox lets the stuff in the top to get wet and the stuff in the bottom to get dirty.Lastly is the wheels.
So what we've basically got here is a rolling tool box that's not very good at rolling, can't hold many tools and can't protect the tools you DO put in it.There's no way this product saw any sort of testing before being put on the market.
The handle is so short you have to stoop to pull it, and I’m not a tall guy.
