Hope i never have to use but good to have, i have 4. great survival item.
I will be keeping this in my car for emergencies.
And lying on this was surprisingly comfortable. Now, it's California Autumn as I'm writing this, so we couldn't really test it against the cold, but bundling up in it was warm - too warm for our temperature right now - and I could see that we would be thankful if we were ever stranded when it was cold. We're pleased we have this and hope we'll never be in position to use it!
I have a few emergency items in case we need them, and I think that having this type of blanket instead of regular ones is better because of space, and the humidity.
This blanket is of a similar material and construction as all others we had before, but I like the quality and I will order a few more, just in case we need them.
Tried these as UV insulation in my desert home, but they are too thin to help.
Light shines through them.
One side is orange and would stand out well outdoors.
I thought I was making a savey purchase getting two for the price of one at Walmart for $11.99.
These are the basically your .99 cent mylar survival blanket with a .99 cent poncho glued to them.
