What are fans saying?
I have not used it and hope I never need to.
Great value - I hope to never have to use it but it is nice to know it is there in the event of an emergncy.
I haven't use it thank goodness but if I ever do...I know we will be able to get out.
I hope I never have to use it.
Don’t know how it works because I haven’t had to use it ..let’s hope I never have to... Good product, easy to use and show kids how to use.
What are haters saying?
It is probably manageable for my 14 year old daughter's to attach to her window, however, the ladder is attached backwards to the window hooks making it impossible to use.
This product slid out of the Velcro and once it's out, you must pack it back up and if you do not do it correctly (and it's not easy and I probably did not do it correctly) you then risk your child's safety with a ladder that doesn't work and a house on fire!
Did not fit my window so returned for credit.
When I tried to test this ladder out of my window, the hinge in the middle of the top made it impossible to secure it.
If there were some way to stabilize the hinge I think it would work...
