  Fans vs. Haters
We use natural language processing on consumer feedback to find what fans and haters of the product have to say.
What are fans saying?
Worked well at cooling my laptop.
I do not use it to type on while in use, but seems like it would work great for typing as well as just a stand. The fans are not completely silent, but are quite enough to be of no notice.
And with no power to the fans, it was just a doorstop instead of a cooling case.I would still be using this product if it worked, going to shop for something else, possibly in another brand.
The fan on my Mac started getting loud when I would use it on my bed or in my lap and I was really worried.
After using this, the temperatures have dropped to 130 - 180, so that is proof for me this is a great cooler.
What are haters saying?
I plug it in to find the fan doesn't even work.
The rubber stoppers in the back came uneven, so when I placed my laptop on it, it would constantly rock back and forth like a plastic chair with 1 shorter leg.
I'm paying for a new product and I received what looks like a re packaged refurbished item.
NOT COOL.
The fan is so weak that the "hand cooling" shouldn't even be listed as a feature.
