This is a great system.
I use this to keep track of my pets when I am not at home, it was super easy to set up, the picture is very clear day or night, the zoom is great, 2 way speaking ability, I love the motion notifications.
It’s a good camera, and the phone app is easy to use, that is free.
The live view is also really good, great quality and only about a 5 second delay.Set up was very quick and easy.
Easy set up, video is very clear, easy to download if you decide to keep any videos, I liked the camera so much that I bought another, I would recommend getting an Arlo, it’s an amazing camera.

I would not have bought it if I knew it had to be plugged in....was kind of stuck because this is the only one that comes with window mount.
I finally got frustrated that they would not allow me to send in the product for an exchange I hung up tossed it in the garbage.Then after a few months, I decided to purchase this single Arlo Q thinking maybe it was just a defective product in the original two pack and what are the chances this wouldn't work.
If you have any issues in which the problem can't get resolved, good luck with tech support and the company's seeming unwillingness to replace a bad product unless you're willing to provide an unusual amount of time, proof, and documentation and persistence to their tech support group.I still do have the one Arlo Q that worked but the purpose was to have at least 2 cameras.
I have arlo cameras this product is a scam literally never working I think people should gather together and sue them they selling a product that doesn't work and asking a lot of money for it.Customer service are a waist of time the don't know anything and obviously can't solve any issue they just hope that you'll just disappear after you spend so much money on the product and it's even worse because their customer service is in India and the people that work there barley know English.
