I like the look and having USB plug in the hub and not the computer.
This is a good looking hub, and it works as designed.
It does not affect the laptop's mouse touchpad, so it's primarily an inconvenience when I need to plug in an external storage device.Honestly, my recommendation is that it is a good hub and works for me, but your decision should be based on what you will be using it for.
My computer didn't have enough ports and this worked out very well!
But it works!
Well, I will be going back to the USB 2.0 Hub that didn't have any problems other than being slower on file transfers.Apparently, other cables act as an antenna or somehow cause interference even when they're not connected to a device I even bought a new USB 3.0 cable to connect from my computer 3.0 port to the 3.0 Hub without any improvement..
Bought it since I have an All in One with only a few USB ports and I wanted to plug in my external drives.
!I'm using a MBP 15 with USB-C ports, so I have to use an attachment to connect USB devices to my computer, including this USB hub.
I've used two different USB-C attachments to connect to this USB hub, and the hub continues to give me problems. When connected directly to the USB-C attachment, none of my other USB devices have a problem.
I plugged it in to a 2.0 port to see if the 3.0 port on my computer was the issue and it still did not work.
